| Depending on your account, either one, two or three links will appear above the Manage Account Grid: “Add a New Campaign (Keyword)” will appear for all accounts; “Add a New Campaign (Placement)” will only appear for Google AdWords accounts; and “Set Goal Values” will only appear for Google AdWords accounts that have conversion tracking activated. |
