The Grid in the Manage Account section displays a list of that account’s campaigns as well as the following metrics about each campaign for a selected date range: either the previous day (“Yesterday”), Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days or the Last 12 Months. You can also set a custom date range by entering start and end dates into the calendar fields at the top of the grid and clicking the “SET” button.
• Campaign Name: The first column in the Manage Account Grid displays the name of each campaign followed by a “K” for Keyword campaigns or a “P” for Placement campaigns.
• Status: This column shows detailed information on whether a campaign is active, paused, pending or inactive due to falling below the minimum bid required
• Daily Budget: the maximum daily budget for the campaign. You can change the daily budget for a campaign directly on the grid by entering a new value and moving your cursor away from the field.
• Impressions: the total impressions for the campaign over the selected time period.
• Clicks: the total clicks for the campaign over the selected time period.
• CTR: the average click-through rate for all ads in the campaign over the selected time period.
• Avg. CPC/CPM: the average cost-per-click (CPC) or cost per thousand impressions (CPM) for all keywords in the campaign over the selected time period. Placement-based campaigns can be either CPC or CPM based, and this is indicated in the field
• Cost: total campaign costs over the selected time period.
• Average Position: the average position that ads for this campaign appear on search engine results pages (SERPs) over the selected time period.
• Conversion Rate: the average percentage of conversions generated per click for ads in this campaign.
• Cost/Conversion: the average cost per conversions for the campaign over the selected time period.
• Conversions: the total number of conversions over the selected time period.
Totals and averages for all metrics are displayed at the bottom of the Manage Account Grid.
The grid column headers provide two functions
• Contextual Definitions: The words in the column headers are underlined by white dotted lines. Clicking on a column header label will pop-up a small window containing a definition for that term, explaining it both in general terms and in context of its location
• Sorting: Clicking on the grey background of the column header (the area around the column header labels) will sort the grid by that column in descending order. This status will be indicated by downward-pointing triangle next to the column header label and the column’s shading turning a darker shade. Clicking on the grey background again will sort the data in ascending order, indicated by the triangle pointing upwards
To the right of each campaign name in the Grid is a checkbox that allows you to perform bulk actions. Simply click on the campaigns you want to modify, then you can either “Pause,” “Unpause” or “Delete” those campaigns simply by clicking on the appropriate button at the top of the grid.
When a change is made via an inline or a bulk edit, the change will be queued and synced with the ad network within 10 minutes. While the sync update is pending, a green and white ‘in progress’ icon will appear to the left of the campaign name. Once you refresh the page, the in progress indicator will be removed if the sync was successful or be replaced a yellow error icon, containing any errors or notifications we receive from the networks during the sync. Both the in progress and error icons will pop-up a small window with more information when rolled over with your mouse.
