If you don't want to view all actions and alerts for an entire account, you can filter to exactly what recommendations you want to see.
One the one hand, you can view all actions and alerts, actions only or alerts only. (You can also set the frequency of particular types of actions and alerts, as explained below.)
On the other, you can filter by any of the Clickable recommendation types currently relevant to the selected account. The default level is the search marketing account that you are currently viewing, which is displayed in the "Account" drop-down. To switch to another account, select from the accounts displayed in the tabs on the far left. Below "Account" is a drop-down that lets you select a campaign within the account you’ve chosen. If you don’t make a selection, or select "All", then you will see recommendations relevant to your entire account. If you select a particular campaign, the recommendations displayed will only be those relevant to that campaign. When you select a particular campaign, a new drop down will appear that will allow you to select an ad group within that campaign.
Again, you can either not make a selection or select "All" to view actions and alerts at the campaign level. If you select an ad group, you can see recommendations for that ad group or select a particular keyword from the new drop-down that appears if you'd like to filter even further.
Click the 'Filter Results' button to filer the list of recommendations below by your selected cirteria and the 'Reset Filter' button to restore the entire list of recommendations.
If you had clicked on an 'Act' or 'View' button on the recommendations summary on the dashboard, your view will be filtered by that specific recommendation type only, and you can click 'Reset Filter' to view all recommendations.
